Visual Propaganda, Visual Pollution 2

Sao Paolo is no longer just the first city to reclaim its public space as public, it has now become an icon for a very private interest:

Saw this on firebrand: a TV channel / website which erases the difference between streaming and broadcasting content (its shows on air are just segments of the content presented by a WJ (web-jockey?!); and speaking of content, theirs is entirely limited to commercials (selected from around the world), which eliminates the need for commercial breaks during their cable show. The city that banned advertising becomes a banner in a commercial on a commercial-free channel dedicated to commercials.

Keywords: urban planning sci-fi, metanational media, endocolonizing mindf*ck
